Foreclosure Search

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE USING THE FORECLOSURE.COM SEARCH TOOL BELOW!

Below is a search tool provided by Foreclosure.com.  It lets you look at lists of homes that Foreclosure.com has identifed as foreclosed homes.  If you find a home you like on the search, you have two options to get more details.

Option One: click on the details button, and complete the sign up forms for a free trial with foreclosure.com

Option Two: send an e-mail to our site support staff asking for more details.  They'll be able to look up the house, determine whether it's still available, provide an estimate of true market value and send similar homes if the one you ask about is not available.

If you're just looking, Option One is recommended.  If you're trying to get to a home buying decision Option Two is probably a better choice. While finding a good deal is part of the process, there are other issues to consider.  Option Two will give you a chance to work a little with a real estate agent in the local market.  Non-foreclosure home sellers are starting to complete with foreclosure sellers, and buying non-foreclosure homes is typically an easier process.
